Last Will and Testament – Getting your affairs in order can be the best thing that anyone can ever do for their loved ones. Our firm can assist clients in the drafting of their Last Will and Testament and can provide trust instruments to ensure their wishes are respected. The Power of Attorney and Living Will will serve as an aid to the individual’s loved ones in determining their wishes should they be unable to represent them. Our firm can assist personal representatives in the estate matters from start to finish and can handle conservatorships and minor settlements in the Probate Court.
